Group III	Loperamide (3mg/kgbw) and castor oil administered to induce diarrhea 1 h later after which 1mL of activated charcoal suspension was orally administered 1 h later
Group IV	P. barbatus extract (100mg/kgbw) and castor oil administered to induce diarrhea 1 h later after which 1mL of activated charcoal suspension was orally administered 1 h later
