Frequency of callus initiation from 4 days old cotyledon and hypocotyl explants of B. napus cv. BARI sarisha-8 cultured on MS medium comprised with several strengths of 2,4-D, BA and NAA.
Data consist of three replication and 10 explants were used for each replication. The mean values were compared by DMRT. Mean ± SD followed by similar letters aren't significantly diverse at P = 0.05.
